## **Mentorship**

1. Mentor for Peking Algebraic Combinatorics Experience REU (PACE) with Yuxuan Sun, Zhixing Chen, Yumou Fei, and Yuchong Zhang on a project about quotients of positroids in Summer 2023. The project resulted in a [preprint](https://arxiv.org/abs/2311.05340) on arXiv.
2. Direct Reading Program with Danai-Christina Avdela on Bruce E. Sagan's *the Symmetric Group - Representations, Combinatorial Algorithms and Symmetric Functions* in Fall 2021.
